Cancellation & Returns
FOR ONLINE ORDERS
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cutoff time of the slot i.e. before the product gets dispatched if the payment is not complete. Post that, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, after which the merchandise will be sent back to our warehouse. In such a case we will refund any payments (excluding delivery charge) already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, within 15 working days, which can be used on future purchases.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website; Team Swabhimann Jwellery at their sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all the fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel orders placed by them.
Our QC Team does a thorough 3-layer inspection before dispatching the products and take utmost care while packaging them for shipping. However, if the product is found to be damaged in transit, we take full responsibility for replacing it. Please note that the same needs to be intimated within 24 hours of delivery with a picture to verify damages. Team Swabhimann will exchange, subject to availability, after the shipment is sent back to our warehouse by the customer.
Once we receive the damaged; we will send the replacement product. Just in case, the product is not in the stock you will get a store credit in your Swabhimann Jwellery Account. This store credit doesn’t have any expiry and can be redeemed on future purchases.
Please Note: 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the colour/style/quality/design/size/dimensions/weight of the product purchased.
The recipient has to mail us the picture of the product along with the reason within 24 hours of delivery. Subsequently, we will look into the matter and if the return is approved, the customer will have to process a reverse-logistic. Post this the refund will be processed from our end and may take 15-20 working days to reflect in your bank account.
The product needs to be unused, unworn and original packing must be intact to process any return and exchanges. Furthermore, if the damage has not occurred whilst shipping but rather during the trial, we are not liable to exchange it. It is up to the discretion of Team Swabhimann to approve the return and exchanges. Please Note: 'Returns' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the colour/style/quality/design/size/dimensions/weight of the product purchased.

Exhibition orders can only be exchanged at the exhibition within the tenure of said exhibition. A bill is mandatory for facilitation of exchange. There is no refund at the exhibitions.
In both cases:
- The products should be unused.
- Original packaging must be intact.
