What is Swabhimann Jwellery? 

Swabhimann Jwellery is an Indian fashion Jewellery brand based out in Gurgaon, Haryana.  The brand’s paramount focus is to promote Make in India as all the products are handcrafted with keen craftsmanship by Indian artisans.  

How do I place an order? 

It is pretty easy so please follow the steps: 

  1. Surf through the website by viewing various categories, occasions and collections.
  2. Click on the product image that you would love to have. All the details specific to that product  will be visible.  
  3. To but that product please click on “Buy Now” and product will be automatically added to the  cart. 
  4. Cart can be accessed in upper right corner. If you want to add more products please click on  “Continue Shopping” else proceed to  “checkout”for choosing payment method. If you want  “Cash on Delivery” please check if the service is available at your pin-code. 

Do I need an account on Swabhimann Jwellery? 

No, as you can directly sign via “Google” or continue as a guest. But we recommend creating  one as it gets lot easier for placing orders in future. 

Are the colours of the product accurate? 

We make sure that images are as real as possible without any special effects. But colours may  slightly vary on various screens ( mobiles / laptops / desktops ). Most creations are handmade  and so they might slightly differ from the image. Natural stones might have shade difference  too. 

Are the dimensions of the product mentioned? 

For most of the products, sizes will be mentioned in detail. Please refer to the size , description  and material section on the product specific pages that get opened after you click on the product  image. If you do not see size details or have any queries around the size, please reach out to us  before confirming the order and we will help you with the exact size details at the earliest  possible. 

Does Swabhimann Jwellery have any physical outlet? 

No, Swabhimann Jwellery doesn’t have any physical outlets as of now. But we host exhibitions  in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Do you take customization requests? 

No, Swabhimann Jwellery does not do customizations/alterations. But we are sure that you’ll  will love ‘em :p 

Do you provide wholesale pricing? 

Yes, we will love to. Please write to us as support@swabhimannjwellery.in with subject  “Wholesale”. You can also fill the form given on our website. And then we will take it forward. 

Do you take reselling requests? 

Sure, please fill up the form available on “Be Our Channel Partner”and then we will take  it forward.

Delivery: 

Do you deliver to my location? 

  1. For Prepaid Orders (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Orders, UPI, Wallets): As far as prepaid orders are concerned, Swabhimann Jwellery delivers to almost every location in India. To get more clarity, connect with us via our helpline number +91-85956-16904.
  2. For COD Orders: 

Since we ship through third party logistics companies, there are a few Pin Codes that  are not serviceable. To check whether your pincode is serviceable or not, simply enter  your pin code in the checkout page pincode box.  

Our customer care team is always at your service (Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm  IST) 

Is shipping free? 

  • We offer free shipping on orders above INR 700.
  • For COD orders; we charge a standard rate of INR 50 per order. 
  • Order value greater than INR 15000 doesn’t have an option of COD and needs to  be pre-paid. 

Is there any minimum order value? 

There is no minimum order value. However, a flat delivery charge of INR 50 is levied on prepaid orders below INR 999. 

Can I change the delivery address of my order? 

The delivery address of your order can be changed only if the order has not been shipped yet.  You can track orders from your account section on the Swabhimann Jwellery website. 

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can raise a request by contacting the customer  service team on +91-85956-16904.

Do I get to know the shipping details? 

Yes. 24 hours after we ship your order we get you the tracking number for your parcel.

When can I expect my order to be delivered? 

All orders are delivered in a maximum of 7 working days across India. However, there might  be delays due to extraneous factors.

Payment: 

How can I make payments at Swabhimann Jwellery?
We accept the following on our payment gateway: 

  • Credit and Debit Cards issued in India/Outside India 
  • Net Banking 
  • Wallets 
  • UPI 
  • Cash on delivery (COD) 

How can I get my receipt? 

After placing the order; you will get the receipt on your e-mail.

Returns/Exchanges: 

Can I Exchange/Return? 

Yes, we do accept return and exchanges. But the issue related to the product along with the  image and order number must be mailed to: support@swabhimannjwellery.in, within 12 hours  of delivery. 

The exchange/return order is processed if the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Product should be unused. 
  • Original packaging must be intact. 

How long will it take to get my refund back? 

Once we receive the product; the refund will be processed from our end and may take 15-20  working days to reflect in your bank account.  

What is store credit? 

In case of exchange; if the replacement product is not available with us then Team Swabhimann  Jwellery will issue credit note. A Store Credit is a sum of money that is kept in  your Swabhimann Jwellery account and can be redeemed for subsequent purchases This credit  note doesn’t have any expiry and can be redeemed on future purchases. 

How can I view and use store credit? 

Store credit can be used after logging into your Swabhimann Jwellery Account with the  registered username and password. You also have the option to use your store credit at the time  of selecting the mode of payment while placing your order. 

Exhibitions: 

Can I exchange my exhibition product with an online product and vice versa? 

No, the exhibition and online orders are treated separately. Exhibition orders can only be  exchanged at the exhibition within the tenure of said exhibition. A bill is mandatory for  facilitation of exchange. There is no refund at the exhibitions. 

In both cases: 

  1. The products should be unused.
  2. Original packaging must be intact.
